Cops enter with battering ram at night about 10 seconds after knock-and-announce. Though the time is not displayed on the video, everyone in the house appears to be asleep. They shoot the family dog multiple times, perhaps in front of a 7 year-old child. Ultimately, they find no more than a few grams of marijuana. they find no evidence of drug dealing of any kind Rather than just charge the misdemeanor possession, they charge the parents with child endangerment. I am sure they had a credible and reliable informant.

After watching this, most will have no doubt about the identity of the real sociopaths. I guess Missouri really is the "show me" state.

Justices of the SCOTUS need to see things like this when they myopically approve search techniques and police procedures as "reasonable. "

Thankfully there is a video. I guarantee you that none of the testimonial accounts of this raid would have come close to describing how it really happened. Of course, I am also sure they will now stop videoing everything. After all, we cannot have a free society when we use tools to hold the police accountable when they cross the line.
